Winter wonderland

I think winter wonderland would pretty much describe the weather a week ago. It was snowing like crazy, I had an evening shift on my internship so I took the chance and went out to capture the beautiful winter day.

Even though I'm more of a summer person and can't handle cold, I still think that it looks really pretty when there's lots of snow. Unfortunately this winter wonderland weather only lasted for that very same day and the next day it was all melting. What do you think about these pictures and what's your favourite season?


//Talven ihmemaa kuvaa hyvin viikon takaista säätä. Lunta tuli oikein kunnolla, joten päätin käyttää hyväksi iltavuoron tarjoaman tilaisuuden ja mennä ottamaan kuvia kauniista talvisäästä. 

Vaikka tykkäänkin enemmän kesästä, enkä kestä kylmää niin oon silti sitä mieltä, että luminen talvi on vaan niin kaunis. Tää luminen sää ei kuitenkaan kauaa kestänyt, sillä lumet suli jo seuraavana päivänä. Mitäs pidät näistä kuvista ja mikä on sun lempi vuodenaika? 

Change of shoes

This is one of my favourite outfits lately! Pink is my favourite color and I always feel good wearing it. It goes so good with neutral colors and I would actually count it as a neutral color too.

If you read my blog regularly or watch my youtube videos, this outfit may remind you of the one seen in my latest video. It was actually supposed to be more like that outfit, but I wasn't able to wear my over knee boots since they had just been at the shoemaker. I wanted to change their soles since the ones they had when I got them were hard and because of that they were quite noisy when I was walking. In my opinion the ankle boots weren't a bad choice for this outfit either, what do you think?


//Tää on ehdottomasti yks mun lemppari asuista viimeaikoina! Vaaleanpunainen on mun lempi väri ja se tuntuu aina myös hyvältä valinnalta pukeutumisessa. Vaaleanpunainen sopii niin hyvin neutraalien värien kanssa ja itse ehkä laskisin sen myös neutraaliksi väriksi.

Jos luet mun blogia säännöllisesti tai katsot mun youtube videoita, niin tää asu saattaakin muistuttaa sua mun viimeisimmässä videossa ollutta asua. Tän olikin tarkoitus olla lähempänä sitä asua, mutta en pystynyt käyttämään mun ylipolven saappaita kyseisenä päivänä. Kengät olivat meinaan juuri käyneet suutarilla kantalappujen vaihdossa, niissä valmiiksi olleet olivat sen verran kovat, että ne kopisivat kävellessä. Kyseiset korkkarit ei kuitenkaan ollut paha vaihtoehto tähän asuun, vai mitä mieltä sä oot?

What I wore in a week

I saw few youtubers doing these what I wore in a week videos and right away it felt like something I want to do as well! Here's the result and I really hope you like it! I also posted outfit pictures of the first two looks and you can find them here and here. I would like to hear your thoughts about this video, would you like me to do more of these in the future?


//Näin muutamalla youtubaajalla tälläisiä videoita missä kuvataan kaikki asut viikon ajan ja halusin kokeilla samaa. Kahdesta ensimmäisestä lookista julkaisin myös asukuvat ja ne löytyy täältä ja täältä. Mitä mieltä sä oot tälläisistä videoista? Olisiko näitä kiva nähdä jatkossakin? 

Makeup free

I really like this sweater dress look with a bit of sporty vibes, even though the pink socks kinda annoy me. The thing is that on that day we were going for a run so I of course needed to wear sport socks. So lets just pretend that the pink socks doesn't exist, okay? I think the outfit is perfect for those days when you feel like being super comfy but you still need to get out and do stuff.

I don't remember when was the last time I took outfit pictures without any makeup or my sunglasses to hide the makeup free face. It feels really weird looking at these pictures and I myself notice how big of a difference something so little as mascara can make! I like to let my skin breath and go without makeup. If I wouldn't have my internship, I would probably not wear makeup on most of the days. I know that many people love wearing makeup but I only like it on special occasions and if you want to hear more about my thoughts on makeup, I made a video about this topic few months ago.



//Tykkään tosi paljon tästä neulemekko asusta sporttisien vibojen kanssa, vaikkakin noi pinkit sukat häiritsevät mua. Oltiin menossa Imranin kanssa lenkille saman päivän aikana joten päädyin pistämään urheilusukat. Sovitaan ettei noita pinkkejä sukkia ole, jooko? Mun mielestä tää asu on just täydellinen niille päiville, kun haluaa tuntea olonsa super mukavaksi, mutta joutuu käydä ulkona ja tehdä asioita. 

En muista milloin viimeksi olisin ottanut asukuvia kokonaan ilman meikkiä tai vaihtoehtoisesti ilman aurinkolaseja peittämässä meikitöntä naamaa. Tuntuu jotenkin tosi oudolta katsoa näitä kuvia ja itse ainakin huomaan miten ison eron niinkin vähäinen meikki kuin ripsari voi tehdä! Tykkään antaa ihoni hengittää ja mennä ilman meikkiä. Jos mulla ei olisi mun työharjoittelua niin luultavasti myös olisin suurimman osan ajasta ilman sitä. Tiedän että monet tykkäävät meikkaamisesta, mutta itse tykkään siitä lähinnä erityis tilaisuuksissa. Tein muutama kuukausi sitten myös videon aiheesta joten jos haluat kuulla lisää mun ajatuksia tästä niin käy tsekkaamassa se!

Sale findings

Couple of weeks ago I managed to find something really good from the sales. The dress I'm wearing in these pictures was originally 30€ but since it was on sale and I had a voucher for that store, I only paid 1,30€ for it!

I think that the dress is absolutely amazing! It's really versatile, for example it can be worn as a skirt by wearing a sweater on top of it as I'm doing in these pictures. I have so many different ways to style it on my mind that I probably need to write them down before I forget everything! What do you think about this outfit and about my little purchase?



//Kuvissa näkyvä mekko on mun muutama viikko sitten tekemä alelöytö! Alkuperäinen hinta oli 30€, mutta mulla oli kyseiseen kauppaan arvoseteli ja mekko oli sen verran hyvässä alennuksessa, että hintaa jäi vain 1,30€!

Tykkään tästä mekosta todella paljon! Sen pystyy yhdistämään niin monenlaisiin asuihin, esimerkiksi se menee hameesta pukiessa neuleen sen päälle niinkuin tein näissä kuvissa. Mulla on niin monta asu ideaa mun uuden mekon varalle, että pitää varmaan alkaa kirjata niitä ylös, ennen kuin unohdan ne kaikki! Mitäs pidät asusta ja mun pienestä ostoksesta?

Winter flannel

Boyfriend jeans, khaki green flannel shirt and otherwise everything black would pretty much sum up my outfit from the beginning of this month. I was wearing my super warm cardigan, that you can see in this post, on top of the flannel shirt. It was so cold on that day, that without the cardigan I would have frozen! I think this outfit would also look great with some sneakers and a backpack to make it even more relaxed. Do you like this outfit?


//Boyfriend farkut, khakin vihreä flanelli paita ja muuten kaikki mustaa tiivistää hyvin mun asun tän kuun alulta. Takin alta löytyi myös mun super lämmin neuletakki, mikä näkyy tässä postauksessa. Ilman kyseistä neuletta olisinkin varmasti jäätynyt ulkona tuolloin, sen verran kylmästä päivästä oli kyse! Asusta saisi vielä astetta rennomman vaihtamalla nilkkurit lenkkareihin ja laukun reppuun. Pretty in pink

Another weekend spent in Helsinki. This time I wore bunch of light pink paired with boyfriend jeans, black bag and boots. I love how the tunic and the hijab matches with the coat, since the tunic is same color with the jacket's outer material and the hijab with the lining.

I'm one who usually goes for black clothes, but I've been trying to change that recently. Outfits built on lighter colors always look so fresh and this one with so much pink is also so girly!



//Taas tuli vietettyä viikonloppu Helsingissä. Tällä kertaa päälle päätyi isommalla otteella vaaleanpunaista yhdistettynä boyfriend farkkuihin sekä mustaan laukkuun ja saappaisiin. Takki käy niin hyvin yhteen tunikan ja huivin kanssa. Tunika on samaa väriä itse takin kanssa kun taas huivi on sävysävyyn karvavuoren kanssa.  

Kallistun yleensä pukeutumisessa mustaan, mutta olen pyrkinyt viimeaikoina tekemään muutosta tähän. Vaaleampi voittoiset asut on yleensä vaan niin freesin näköisiä ja tämä kyseinen asu on myös kivan tyttömäinen väriensä puolesta.
