Autumn bucket list

Summer is my favourite season, but I thought I'd make autumn a bit more fun by making a bucket list. Besides I love making them.

• Go for long walks outside before it gets too cold

• Make a list of things to do for rainy days

• Bake something autumnal

• Buy some nice scented candles to burn on autumn evenings.



//Kesä on mun lemppari vuodenaika, mutta saadakseni syksystä vähän hauskemman ajattelin tehdä syksylle bucket listin. Ja tykkään muutenkin tehdä näitä listoja. 

• Käy pitkillä kävelyillä ulkona, ennen kuin tulee liian kylmä

• Listaa ylös asioista, joita voi tehdä sateisena päivänä

• Leivo jotain syksyistä

• Osta kivoja tuoksukynttilöitä syysiltoja varten

• Go for runs/jogs when it's still possible

• Spend cozy nights at home watching Netflix or Youtube in your pyjamas

• Wear sweaters and cardigans a lot!

• Create a coffee recipe that will save the cold autumn mornings

• Relax with a cup of tea in the evening

Pink Uniform

Here's quite a pink outfit from a few weeks ago. I feel like all I can say is that I really love it! I was scared that it would be too much to wear the light pink tunic with the light pink trousers, but I think the black bag, scarf and loafers give the outfit enough contrast so that it's not too over the top. If that can even happen with pink. I think the outfit is super cute and girly which I really like and I will definitely wear the same outfit again! What do you think about this combination? Cute or too much pink?


//Tässä olis aika vaaleanpunainen asukokonaisuus parin viikon takaa. Ainoa mitä voin sanoa on, että mä tykkään ihan sikana! Aluksi pelkäsin, että asu olis liian pinkki, mutta musta huivi, laukku ja loaferit tuo kuitenkin mun mielestä tarpeeksi kontrastia siihen. Ja voiko vaaleanpunaista edes olla ikinä liikaa? Mun mielestä tää asu on tosi söpö ja tyttömäinen, tuun varmasti pistämään sen toistekin päälle! Mitä mieltä sä oot? Söpö vai liikaa vaaleanpunaista?

Eid Get Ready With Me

I'm not good with things like makeup but regardless I wanted to film an Eid get ready with me video. So if you want to join me when I get ready to celebrate Eid, this video is for you!

Eid ul Adha

The day before yesterday was Eid ul Adha and even though I usually like to wear an abaya or a dress on Eid, this time I went for my black trousers and a red peplum top. I finished the look with my favourite bag and black loafers. I really like this outfit, but since it's really starting to be autumn here in Finland it was quite chilly outside. That being said, I probably should have worn a jacket on top of the outfit in order to not feel cold. It's just so hard these days, since you are either wearing too warm clothes and feel hot or you feel cold wishing that you would have taken that jacket with you.

//Toissapäivänä juhlittiin Eidiä. Yleensä tykkään Eidinä pukeutua mekkoon tai abayaan, mutta tälläkertaa päädyin mustiin housuihin ja punaiseen peplum paitaan. Viimeistelin lookin mun lemppari laukulla sekä mustilla loafereilla. Tykkään tästä asusta todella, mutta nyt kun syksy on aikalailla täällä, tuntui ulkona aika viileältä. Toisin sanoen olisi pitänyt pistää takki päälle, ettei olisi tullut kylmä. Näinä päivinä vaan tuntuu siltä, että joko päällä on liikaa vaateta ja tulee kuuma, tai sitten toivot, että olisit ottanut sen takin mukaan.

I bought this adidas t-shirt from Miami over three years ago and I used to use it a lot but recently I had kinda forgotten how to wear it. One day wondering what to wear I challenged myself to wear it but in a bit more girly way. That lead me to pair it with my pink culottes and a pink scarf. Now I actually think that I should start wearing it more again. I think this outfit would have also looked super nice with a black blazer which actually was my other option instead of the chiffon cardigan but I was scared it would be too hot. What do you think about this outfit?


//Ostin tän adidas t-paidan Miamista yli kolme vuotta sitten ja käytin sitä silloin todella paljon. Viime aikoina oon tosin unohtanut miten käyttää tätä. Kuitenkin yks päivä miettiessäni mitä pistää päälle ajattelin haastaa itseni ja kehittelemään hieman tyttömäisemmän asun tän paidan ympärille. Päädyinkin yhdistämään paidan pinkkeihin housuihin ja huiviin. Nyt taas oon sitä mieltä, että pitäis yrittää alkaa käyttää kyseistä paitaa useamminkin. Tää asu näyttää myös todella kivalta mustan bleiserin kanssa ja se olikin yks vaihtoehto ton sifonkisen takin tilalle. Pelkäsin kuitenkin että bleiserillä tulisi ulkona liian kuuma. Mitäs pidät tästä asusta?

My morning skincare routine

Even though I'm not a big fan of makeup, I'm quite interested about skincare! I've also been struggling with acne for many years now, and even though it might not look like that from the video, my new skincare routine (or more likely the new products that I use) has actually helped a bit with my breakouts and I get them less often than before. I thought that it would be fun to share my morning skincare routine with you and I hope that you like video's like this!


//Vaikka en ookkaan kauheen kova meikkaamaan, niin oon kuitenkin kiinnostunut ihonhoidosta. Oon kärsinyt aknesta jo useamman vuoden ja vaikkei videon perusteella ehkä uskoisi, niin mun tän hetkinen ihonhoitorutiini (tai ennemminkin siinä olevat uudet tuotteet) on auttanut mua saamaan mun aknea edes pikkasen kuriin. Ajattelin että olis kiva jakaa sun kanssa mun joka aamuinen ihonhoitorutiini ja toivonkin että tykkäät tälläisistä videoista! 

Amsterdam Hotspots

Since I had the chance to try out quite many cafes during my time in Amsterdam, I thought that it would be nice to share my favourite ones with you! So wether you live in Amsterdam or are going there for a holiday, these cafes are worth a try!


Pluk Amsterdam
The vibe in this cafe is so nice and they make delicious iced lattes! What else could you ask on a hot summer day or maybe even on the less chilly autumn days. They also have bunch of cool products like notebooks and mugs to buy and take home with you!


Ree 7
Their carrot cake is so delicious! Imran and I had iced coffee and carrot cake there. The coffee was good but the carrot cake was even better! They also have freak shakes there which we didn't try though.


Corner Bakery Amsterdam
To continue with the freak shake theme, Corner bakery has pretty good ones! We went there on Eid and took the regular milkshsakes. Yes, that milkshake on the picture isn't their freak shake but the normal milkshake and it was super delicious and not too sweet.





//Koska ehdin mun Amsterdamissa viettämänäni aikana testata useampaakin kahvilaa, ajattelin listata blogiin mun lempparit. Jos siis asut Amsterdamissa tai suunnittelet matkaa sinne, niin tässä olis muutama kokeilemisen arvoinen paikka!


Pluk Amsterdam
Tässä kahvilassa oli vaan jotenkin niin kiva fiilis ja jääkahvi oli todella hyvää! Mitä muutakaan sitä kaipaisi kuumalle kesäpäivälle tai vähän lämpimämpään syyspäivään? Pluk myy myös kahvilassaan kaikenlaista kivaa kuten vihkoja ja mukeja.

Täällä kannattaa ehdottomasti maistaa porkkanakakkua! Imranin kanssa täällä käydessä otettiin jääkahvit ja porkkanakakut. Kahvi oli hyvää, mutta kakku sitäkin parempaa! Kyseisestä paikasta saa myös friikkipirtelöitä, jotka tosin jäi meiltä testaamatta.


Corner Bakery Amsterdam
Friikkipirtelö teemalla jatkaen Corner Bakery:sta löytyy hyviä sellaisia! Käytiin siellä Eidinä pirtelöllä ja päädyttiin ottamaan heidän normaalit pirtelöt. Eli siis kuvassa näkyvät pirtelöt oli heidän listoiltaan löytyvät normaalit versiot, mitkä osoittautui todella hyviksi ja iso plussa siitä, ettei ne ollut ihan äklö makeita myöskään!

Van der Linde
Probably the best ice cream place in Amsterdam. They only have one flavour - vanilla, but it is really good! It's also really cheap which makes it all even better.


De drie graefjes
This one I tried out with my friend Robin. I can't really tell much about their drinks, but their brownie was good for sure! This one was also hyped a lot earlier this year.


Stroopwafels at Albert Cuyp Market
Okay this is not a cafe or hotspot or anything. It's just a market place, but if you want to taste one of the best things in the Netherlands - fresh stroopwafels, then this is the place to go!





//Van der Linde
Varmaan yks Amsterdamin parhaita jätskipaikkoja! Makuja on vaan yksi - vanilia, mutta se on todella hyvää! Kyseisen paikan jätskit on myös todella halpoja, mikä on myös iso plussa.


De drie graefjes
Täällä päädyin käymään mun kaverin Robinin kanssa. En osaa sanoa mitään heidän juomista, mutta mun syömä brownie oli ainakin hyvää! Tää oli myös todella hypetetty aiemmin tänä vuonna! 


Albert Cuyp Marketin Stroopwafelit
Tää ei nyt oo niinkään kahvila tai hotspot vaan ihan perus Hollantilainen marketti. Jos kuitenkin haluat maistaa yhtä parasta juttua Hollannissa, tuoretta stroopwafelia/siirappivohvelia, niin tuolta niitä saa! 

New fave trousers

How cute are my new trousers from Ted Baker? If you watched my Summer Haul video then you have seen these already. I just think the color is amazing, and I in general like to wear this kind of pink shade since it's just so feminine and cute! I also find them quite versatile and can't wait to style them in all the different ways possible.

This time I wore them with a long black top and my Zara heels to match it. I think the floral bag together with the trousers makes the whole look really summery which I like a lot. I really love the heels, the big bows on the front are super cute. Unfortunately after trying to wear them a few times I have come to the conclusion that the shape of the shoe is not made for my feet and I probably need to sell them.


//Miten söpöt nää Ted Baker housut onkaan? Jos katsoit mun Summer Haul videon, niin ootkin jo saattanut nähdä nää. Mun mielestä ne on vaan niin ihanan väriset ja tykkään muutenkin tälläisestä vaaleanpunaisen sävystä pukeutumisessa, se on vaan jotenkin niin kivan tyttömäinen ja söpö! Nää on myös monikäyttöiset, enkä malta odottaa että pääsen yhdistelemään ne muihinkin asukokonaisuuksiin.

Tällä kertaa yhdistin ne mustaan pitkään paitaan ja Zarasta ostettuihin korkkareihin, jotka sopi hyvin paitaan. Kukallinen laukku yhdessä vaaleanpunaisten housujen kanssa sai lookista vielä kivan kesäisen. Tykkään muuten kyseisistä korkkareista ihan sikana, mun mielestä edessä olevat isot rusetit tekee niistä vaan niin söpöt! Valitettavasti kuitenkin nyt muutaman käytön jälkeen oon tullut siihen tulokseen, ettei näitä kenkiä oo tehty mun jaloille, joten joudun mitä luultavammin myymään ne.

What I wore last week

As you may have noticed and I think I also have mentioned it several times myself, I really like to film these what I wore in a week videos. So here's my outfit's from last week, I also posted pictures of some of these. I'm really glad the weather was so nice and summery for the whole week, so the whole video was full of summer outfits. Which outfit is your favourite?


//Niinkuin oot saattanut huomata ja oon itsekin tainnut mainita pariin otteeseen, tykkään kuvata tälläisiä ''viikon asut'' videoita. Tässä olisikin mun viime viikon asut, pari näistä onkin jo vilahtanut blogin puolella asukuvien merkeissä. Oon niin iloinen, että koko viime viikko oli lämmin ja aurinkoinen, joten sain kivasti kuvattua kesäisiä asuja tän kerran videolle. Mikä näistä asuista on sun lemppari?

Fresh summer look

I somehow always happen to wear at least a bit of black on all of my outfits, but this one was an exception to that (well unless you count the pattern of the shirt dress). I didn't wear any black when Imran and I went to test a new cafe at the centre of Helsinki. We are going to upload a vlog on Sunday where we tell our thoughts about this new cafe so if you are interested about that, make sure to subscribe to our channel.

I got that beautiful bag as a souvenir from Riga and I just love it. The combination of light, kinda like an icy pink with the beige is quite an unusual color combination in my opinion, but I like it. I acutally think that it makes the bag a bit more versatile even. With the bag I wanted to wear a light outfit so that's how I ended up with this look with no black at all. I really like how fresh and summery it looks, what about you?


//Jostain syystä mun asuista löytyy aina jotain mustaa, mutta tää asu oli poikkeus tähän (paitsi jos laskee mukaan paitamekon kuvion). Käytiin Imranin kanssa viime viikolla testaamassa yhtä uutta kahvilaa Helsingin keskustassa ja päälle ei päätynyt yhden yhtä mustaa vaatekappaletta. Kyseisestä kahvila kokeilusta on muuten tulossa vlogi meidän kanavalle, joten jos kiinnostaa niin kannattaa käydä tilaamassa meidän kanava!

Sain tän ihanan laukun tuliaiseksi Riiasta ja tää on vaan niin kiva! Beigen ja suht kylmän vaaleanpunaisen yhdistelmä on aika erikoinen, mutta tykkään kyllä kovasti. Se ehkä tekee jopa kyseisestä laukusta monikäyttöisemmän. Halusin yhdistää kyseisen laukun vaaleaan asuun ja sen takia varmaan asuun ei päätynyt yhtäkään mustaa vaatekappaletta. Tykkään todella paljon siitä miten kesäisen raikas tää kokonaisuus on, entäs sä?

The golden hour

Here's an outfit from a week ago. Sara and I went to take some pictures at evening and I think the golden hour matched quite well with my outfit. I've worn this same outfit many times during the summer, I just think it's really nice! I used to only combine the top with a black scarf, but then one day I was just testing for fun how my other scarves were looking with it and I really liked this combo. What do you think about this outfit?


//Tässä olis viikon takainen asu. Käytiin yks ilta Saran kanssa ottamassa kuvia ja tää asu sopikin hyvin auringonlaskuun. Kyseinen asu on päätynyt jo useampaan otteeseen päälle tän kesän aikana, musta se vaan on niin kiva! Käytin ennen kyseistä paitaa vain mustan huivin kanssa, mutta yks päivä kokeilin huvikseen miltä se näyttäis mun muiden huivien kanssa ja tykästyin tähän komboon. Mitä mieltä sä oot tästä asusta?
