I love me fair outfit

Here's my outfit from the "I love me" fair on Friday 2 weeks ago. I got a blogger pass for the fair and I went there with Sara. If you want to see what I bought and my thoughts of the fair, check out my last Thursday's post.

I also went to the fair on Sunday and the nicest thing happened to me on the bus on my way back home. The bus was really full and there were no seats left. I don't mind standing on metro or train, but on busses it's not my favourite thing to do especially if it's a longer ride. There was a lovely lady with her child near me who was kind enough to offer me a seat by taking her child to sit on her lap. That simple nice gesture was really able to bring a smile on my face and I think it's a good reminder that even a small act of kindness can go a long way!



//Tässä olis mun asu I love me messuilta kaksi viikkoa sitten perjantaina. Sain bloggaajapassin messuille ja meninkin sinne sitten Saran kanssa. Jos sua kiinnostaa nähdä mitä ostin ja kuulla mun fiiliksiä messuilta niin kurkkaa mun viime torstain postaus. 

Käväisin messuilla nopeasti myös sunnuntaina ja matkalla kotiin kävi jotain mikä sai hymyn huulille. Bussi jolla menin oli niin täynnä, ettei siellä ollut tilaa istua. Mua ei haittaa seisoa esimerkiksi metrossa tai junassa, mutta bussissa, varsinkin pidemmällä matkalla istun mieluummin. Mun lähettyvillä olikin nainen lapsensa kanssa ja hän tarjoutui ottamaan lapsensa syylinsä istumaan ja näin ollen myös mä pääsin istumaan. Tää super simppeli kiva ele sai kyllä hyvälle tuulelle ja toimiikin muistutuksena siitä, että yksinkertaisetkin ystävällinen ele voi oikeasti piristää jotain todenteolla.

Last of autumn

Here's probably the last autumn outfit pictures for this year. The temperatures are just too low for wearing autumn clothes so I guess it's time to change to winter wear now.

I have an update for our living situation as well. So in this post I told that we weren't able to live at our new home because of a weird smell. Well the smell is finally gone (at least most of it) and we were finally able to move! I've been loving decorating our home, since it has been a long time since I was able to do that. When we were in Germany, we lived in a furnished apartment and when we were in Finland before that, we were both living at our parents' places.



//Tässä olis luultavasti viimeiset syysasukuvat tälle vuodelle. Lämpötilat on laskenut viime aikoina sen verran, ettei syysvaatteissa ole asiaa ulos. Nyt viime aikoina onkin siis saanut kaivaa talvivaatteita kaapista. 

Pieni päivitys myös kämpän tilanteesta. Mainitsin tässä postauksessa, että ei pystytty asumaan uudessa kodissamme oudon hajun takia. Hajusta on nyt vihdoin päästy eroon (ainakin suurimmaksi osaksi) ja päästiin siis muuttamaan! Onkin ollut tosi kiva laittaa kämppää asumiskuntoon, siitä on meinaan pitkä aika kun oon viimeksi päässyt sisustamaan kunnolla. Saksassa asuttiin valmiiksi kalustetussa asunnossa ja sitä ennen Suomessa ollessa taas oltiin molemmat vanhempiemme luona asumassa.

Louis Vuitton Pochette Felicie 1 year review

I've had my Louis Vuitton pochette felicie bag/wallet on chain for about a year now and I thought I'd make a little review of it. It's still my favourite bag that I own and I'm really happy how it has lasted especially since I have been using it so much ever since I got it!


//Siitä on nyt noin vuosi kun ostin mun LV pochette felicie laukun ja ajattelinkin tehdä pienen arvostelu videon siitä. Kyseinen laukku on vielä vuodenkin jälkeen mun lemppari laukku ja oon todella tyytyväinen siihen miten se on kestänyt siitä huolimatta miten paljon oon sitä kuluneen vuoden aikana käyttänyt! 

I Love Me fair

I went to the I love me fair last Friday and Sunday and here's some things that I bought from there. I was supposed to take some pictures while there on Friday but I just somehow forgot probably because I was vlogging as well. On Sunday there were just so many people there that I didn't really feel like taking pictures then. 

//Kävin viime perjantaina ja sunnuntaina I love me messuilla ja tässä olisi muutama sieltä mukaan tarttunut juttu. Tarkoitus oli myös ottaa kuvia itse messuilla, mutta perjantaina se unohtui vlogin kuvaamisen lomassa. Sunnuntaina siellä oli taas niin kova tungos, ettei kuvien ottamiseen oikein ollut fiilistä. 

I had 3 things on my shopping list when I went to the fair: Love beauty and planet hair mask, Organic shop body scrub and sheet masks. I bought the scrub last year as well and I loved it so much so I had to get one this year as well. It's so good for the money, at the fair it was 3€ and I think it's not that much more expensive in stores either and it's the best body scrub I've ever used! 

//Mun messu ostoslistalla oli kolme juttua jotka halusin varmasti: Love beauty and planetin hiusnaamio, Organic shopin vartalokuorinta ja sheet maskeja. Ostin saman vartalonkuorinnan viime vuonna ja tykkäsin siitä niin paljon, että oli pakko ostaa ihan sama tälläkin kertaa. Hinta-laatusuhde on enemmän kuin hyvä, messuilla tuote maksoi 3€ ja mun tietääkseni se ei ole kauheasti kalliimpi kaupoissakaan ja siitä huolimatta kyseessä on paras ikinä kokeilemani vartalonkuorinta. 

I've tried other love beauty and planet products before and wanted to try out their hair mask, so I bought that from the fair. I've used it once now and it felt like it left my hair pretty nice and soft. 

//Mulla on aiemmin ollut testissä joitain Love beauty and planetin tuotteita ja tällä kertaa halusin kokeilla heidän hiusnaamiota, joten ostin sen sitten messuilta. Ensivaikutelma naamiosta oli todella hyvä, se jätti hiukset kivan pehmeäksi. 

The sheet masks aren't the exact ones that I was supposed to buy, but I tried one of the bunny ones and it left my skin super soft so not complaining! 

Among these three products I also bought some oat crisps, a konjac sponge and a mascara. I really love going to the I love me fair, it's a great way to find out brands you have not heard of before, maybe find some new favourites or try out new things and it's also a great way to spend a day with a friend. 

//Mun oli tarkotus ostaa ihan eri sheet maskeja, kuin mitä kuvissa näkyy, mutta messuilla ollessa mieli muuttui ja päädyinkin näihin. Käytin toisen pupu maskeista ja se jätti ihon ihanan pehmeäksi. 

Näiden kolmen tuotteen lisäksi messuilta lähti mukaan myös kaura sipsejä, konjac sieni ja ripsiväri. Tykkään todella paljon I love me messuilla siitä, kun pääsee tutustumaan itselle uusiin merkkeihin ja tuotteisiin, mahdollisesti löytää uusia lemppareita ja messuilla käynti on myös kiva tapa viettää päivää kaverin kanssa.

When things don't go as planned

Imran and I finally managed to get almost all our stuff to our new home and we were actually ready to move there as well, but unfortunately things don't always go as smoothly as you think. As I told in this post, we wanted to move earlier but the whole moving process took more time than we thought. Now that we finally got everything ready there came other issue that is delaying our move. There is a weird chemical type of smell in the whole apartment and being inside there causes headache. Now we are just hoping that the cause for the smell will be found and fixed soon so that we can actually live there.


//Saatiin vihdoinkin Imranin kanssa kaikki lähestulkoon valmiiksi uudessa kodissamme ja oltiin valmiita muuttamaan, mutta valitettavasti suunnitelmat ei aina toteudu halutulla tavalla. Niinkuin mainitsin tässä postauksessa, niin itse muuttoon meni jo paljon oletettua enemmän aikaa. Nyt kun oltaisiin vihdoinkin päästy muuttamaan, niin eteen tuli uusi ongelma. Asunnossa on outo kemikaalin haju ja siellä oleskelusta aiheutuu päänsärkyä. Nyt siis toivotaan että ton oudon hajun syy selviäisi ja päästäisiin vihdoinkin aloittamaan arki uudessa osoitteessa.

What's new in my wardrobe for autumn

Rainy day

Here's my outfit from a rainy day 2 weeks ago. I wore the outfit on a shopping day and I really like the faux leather leggings combined with the chunky sneakers. I think the sneakers are nice contrast to the leggings, both color and style wise. I also love the Ted Baker cardigan. It's about 2 years old now and it still looks good as new! I love wearing it as a jacket in autumn and it's also perfect for layering in winter. It's 100% wool which makes it super warm and has allowed me to wear those bit lighter winter coats when it has been absolutely freezing outside.


//Tässä olis kahden viikon takainen sadepäivän asu. Tykkään jotenkin tosi paljon tästä tekonahka legginsien ja lenkkareiden yhdistelmästä. Lenkkarit tuo kivaa kontrastia legginseihin niin värin kuin tyylinkin puolesta. Toinen juttu mistä pidän tässä asussa todella paljon on Ted Bakerin neuletakki. Se on noin kaksi vuotta vanha ja näyttää edelleen kuin uudelta! Tykkäänkin käyttää sitä takkina syksyisin ja talvisin se on täydellinen kerrospukeutumiseen. Se on 100% villaa minkä takia se on ihan super lämmin ja oonkin sen avustamana voinut käyttää villakangastakkia kylmimpinäkin talvipäivinä.

Moving

I hope you have had a great start for the week! As I mentioned on my Thursday's post, Imran and I got an apartment and we've been spending the last few days decorating and moving our stuff to our new home. Our actual plan was to move there during the weekend but the whole moving process took a lot more time than we thought. Hopefully we'll be able to get everything done and actually move this week. I'm also planning on doing some home/decoration related posts once we get everything together, so if you are interested in that, stay tuned!


//Toivottavasti sun viikko on lähtenyt hyvin käyntiin! Niinkuin tuli torstain postauksessa mainittua, löydettiin Imranin kanssa kämppä ja ollaankin nyt vietetty muutamat viime päivät sitä sisustaen ja muutenkin muuton parissa. Alkuperäinen suunnitelma oli muuttaa viikonloppuna, mutta koko muutto prosessiin menikin niin paljon odotettua enemmän aikaa. Toivottavasti saadaan kuitenkin tällä viikolla kaikki valmiiksi ja päästään viimeinkin muuttamaan. Suunnitelmissa olisi myös julkaista postaus tai pari kotiin ja sisustukseen liittyen, joten jos kyseinen aihe kiinnostaa sua, niin pysy kuulolla!

Snake print and faux leather

Snake print and faux leather leggings - could there be more autumnal combo? Well I mean there could for example by changing the light pink scarf to brown or burgundy one or something like that, but my love for pink wouldn't allow me to do that. I really like the combination of the leggings and the shirt dress and I could probably live in this outfit for the whole autumn.

I also have to mention the new backpack, I just think it's such a nice size, I often don't like to carry too much stuff with me and it just fits all the essentials perfectly! What do you think about this autumn outfit?



//Käärme kuosi ja tekonahkalegginsit - voisiko syksyisempää yhdistelmää olla? Tai no voisi esimerkiksi vaihtamalla vaaleanpunaisen huivin ruskeaan tai viininpunaiseen tai johonkin muuhun syksyiseen väriin, mutta mun rakkaus vaaleanpunaiseen ei sallisi kyseistä muutosta. Mä tykkään ihan superisti paitamekon ja tekonahkaleggareiden yhdistelmästä ja voisinkin varmaan käyttää tätä asua koko syksyn. 

Pakko mainita myös mun uusi reppu, se on vaan niin täydellisen kokoinen! En tykkää kantaa ihan hirveästi tavaraa mukana ja tähän mahtuukin kivasti kaikki tarpeellinen. Mitäs pidät tästä syysasusta?
