Sun hats and summer dresses

As I mentioned in my summer bucket list, I want to take a little break from blogging. I think this post with these summery pictures are the perfect way to start my little ''summer break''. This is my idea of a perfect summer look - nice dress, straw hat and sandals. What is your perfect summer outfit like? 

I'm not sure how long my little break will end up being but I assume something between 2-3 weeks. That being said, I hope you'll have a nice summer and hopefully this break will allow me to come back with a new inspiration!

En ole varma siitä, miten pitkään mun blogi tauko tulee todellisuudessa olemaan, mutta mitä luultavammin jotain 2-3 viikon väliltä. Näin ollen haluan toivottaa sulle hyvää kesää ja toivon mukaan tää tauko antaa mulle uutta inspistä bloggaamisen suhteen! 

Summer bucket list

I think this summer will be really different compered to the previous ones. Not only do I have a baby this summer but also there's not that much to do because of the corona virus. I still wanted to do a summer bucket list of things I can do despite of the current situation. So here's what I'm planning on doing this summer:

- Enjoy my breakfast in the balcony every now and then

- Make iced coffee at home now that I don't go to cafes

- Spend lots of time outside and enjoy the weather

- Eat lots of ice cream

- Take a little break from blogging. I don't remember when I have taken a proper break from blogging  (probably never) and I think that this summer would be perfect for that.




Tää kesä tulee mitä luultavammin olemaan erilainen aiempiin verrattuna. Ei ainoastaan siksi, että mulla on nyt kolmikuinen vauva, vaan myös tän hetkisen korona tilanteen takia. Siitä huolimatta halusin tehdä pienimuotoisen kesän bucket listin semmoisista asioista joita voin tehdä tän hetken tilanteesta huolimatta. Tässä siis muutama mun kesän suunnitelma:

- Nauttia aamupala parvekkeella silloin tällöin

- Tehdä jääkahvia itse nyt kun ei tule käytyä kahviloissa

- Viettää paljon aikaa ulkona säästä nauttien

- Syödä paljon jätskiä

- Pitää pieni blogi tauko. En muista milloin olisin pitänyt kunnon tauon bloggaamisesta (en varmaan ikinä) ja tää kesä vaan tuntuu just oikeelta ajankohdalta sille. 

Blazer and mom jeans

Here's my last Saturday's outfit. I really like the combo of mom jeans and a blazer. I think they just look so nice together especially when worn with some nice heels or loafers. I decided to go with some sneakers this time though since I wore this outfit for a walk.

I really like this blazer and it's actually quite good for summer since it's not lined and the fabric isn't too thick either. The oversized fit and soft fabric makes it feel really comfortable and because of the more relaxed look it goes well with sneakers too.



//Tällainen asu sattui päälle lauantaina. Mä tykkään todella paljon mutsifarkkujen ja bleiserin yhdistelmästä. Mun mielestä ne vaan toimii niin kivasti yhdessä, varsinkin jos kaverina on vielä jotkut kivat korkkarit tai loaferit. Tällä kertaa tosin vedin jalkaan tennarit, sillä kävin ainoastaan kävelyllä.

Tykkään kyseisestä bleiseristä todella paljon ja se on myös hyvä kesällä, sillä siinä ei ole vuorta, eikä kangas ole muutenkaan liian paksu. Oversize mallin ja pehmeän materiaalin ansiosta tää on tosi mukava päällä ja rennon mallin ansiosta se menee myös kivasti lenkkareiden kanssa.

My dream computer

Few weeks ago I bought something I've wanted for a long time now - an iMac. I was thinking between iMac and Macbook pro and after doing my research I ended up going for the iMac that I had been dreamig of. So far I think that it was the better choice and I've really liked using my new computer. I also ended up getting lightroom and photoshop and I'm trying to learn to use them properly which will hopefully take my photos to the next level. Anyways I'm super excited for this new purchase and it just makes blogging and video editing even more fun!



//Ostin muutama viikko sitten jotain, mistä oon haaveillut jo pitkään - iMacin. Mietin pitkään iMacin ja Macbook pro:n väliltä, mutta päädyin lopulta siihen kauan haaveilemaani iMaciin. Tähän astisen kokemuksen perusteella tein oikean valinnan ja oon tykännyt tästä koneesta todella paljon. Päädyin myös hankkimaan lightroomin ja photoshopin ja tarkoituksena onkin oppia käyttämään molempia kunnolla, mikä toivon mukaan toisi mun kuvat ihan uudelle tasolle. Joka tapauksessa oon ihan super innoissani mun uudesta koneesta ja se saa bloggaamisen sekä videoiden editoinnin tuntumaan entistä kivemmalta!

Summer is coming

I've been really loving the bit warmer weather we've had lately! I've been spending even more time outside then before and just enjoyed the sunshine.

This outfit is from a few days ago. I've been really feeling like wearing some more summery clothes and these white jeans have found their way to many of my outfits lately. This time I combined them with a white leopard print shirt dress and a denim jacket. To make the look more summery I added a basket bag and I think it gives a really nice touch to the look.



//Nää viimeaikojen lämpimämmät säät on saanut mut todella iloiseksi! Viime päivinä oonkin viettänyt entistä enemmän aikaa ulkona auringonpaisteesta nauttien.

Kuvissa näkyy mun parin päivän takainen asu. Nyt kun säät on lämmennyt niin luonnollisesti tekee mieli pukeutua kesäisemmin ja nää valkoiset farkut onkin päässyt moneen viime aikaiseen asuun. Tällä kertaa yhdistin ne valkoisen leopardikuosisen paitamekon ja farkkutakin kanssa. Korilaukku tuo vielä vähän enemmän kesäfiilistä asuun ja se on mun mielestä muutenkin kiva lisä!
